Do you ship to Canada, eh? Yes we ship via USPS either priority or express.  If you live in British Columbia, your quickest/cheapest option is to pick up your package in Sumas or Oroville WA from "ship happens".

All you have to do is begin the checkout process with all the items you'd like in your cart. Go to your cart and checkout - Upon entering your address & information, you'll be able to select a range of price options from both UPS & the USPS from a drop down menu before finalizing your order.

How long will it take to get my products once my order has been placed?
You choose your shipping speed in the checkout process.

Will I have to pay sales tax?
NO, unless you are a resident of Washington State, USA.

Do you assemble products before you ship them out?
Upon request!  Just reply to your email confirmation what you'd like installed or dimensions to cut your bars.  Assembly may delay shipping.  Completes are built, broken down to ship, and require simple reassembly.

If you don't have something in stock right now, how long will it take you to get it back in?
We reorder frequently, but if something specific is not in stock simply call us right now at 425-903-4440 or email us your request to info@shopmothership.com

Do you stock everything you sell?  Can I pick up my scooter at your store?
Everything stocks and ships from our showroom store in Everett, WA.  Occasionally items will be shipped directly from the manufacturer and may arrive separate from other items in your order, if this is the case it will be noted in the product details.  We control & update our inventory daily.  If something is low on stock or has recently run out that you had planned on purchasing, please contact us.  
We also accept special orders from any of the brands we carry.

When will my credit card be charged?

Check your email !!  Once a tracking number is assigned to your order, you can track the order by clicking the link in the email.  If you did not get any emails, like tracking, or an order confirmation, call us immediately 425-903-4440 to update/correct your email address so that you receive communication emails as soon as possible.
