Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Shop Mothership! If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.**

Returns must be unworn, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.  Does not apply to wrong size wheels or unwanted items.

DETAILS

  • We do not accept returns of assembled, custom complete Scooters.
  • We do not accept returns on wheels (there are no "wrong size" wheels sold from Mothership).
  • Upon arrival, inspect your shipment carefully. If there is any loss or damage, please contact us immediately with a photograph included.
  • Once we receive the product(s) (usually 3-5 business days), we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to post to your account.
  • Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form and same account as tendered at the time of purchase.
  • In the case that the return of an item results in an order total dropping below a promotional discount threshold, we will reduce the refund amount by the amount of the original discount.
  • Mothership will refuse items returned in unsellable condition.
  • We understand that everyone makes mistakes and if we ship you the wrong item, we will pay for shipping the product back to Mothership and will ship the replacement item back to you for free.
  • Items returned as unwanted will be subject to a 20% restocking fee ("I bought this backpack and it didn't come with the scooter pictured in the backpack photo")

 PACKAGING

  • To qualify for a refund, all returned products must be returned in their original, unaltered packaging, including all labels and tags.

CLOTHING

  • Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached – no pet hair, human hair, smoke odors, or makeup stains.

** PREORDERS

  • THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, YOU CANNOT CANCEL A PRE-ORDER ITEM.  Once you've committed to it, so have we.
 
PREPARING YOUR RETURN
  • Print your order confirmation page to include inside the box.
  • Note where your order came from (sometimes your package will come directly from the manufacturer), you will return your items to the same address they shipped from.  Our shop address is on our contact page.
