    Return Policy

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Shop Mothership! If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.**

    Returns must be unworn, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.  Does not apply to wrong size wheels or unwanted items.

    DETAILS

    • We do not accept returns of assembled, custom complete Scooters.
    • We do not accept returns on wheels (there are no "wrong size" wheels sold from Mothership).
    • Custom cut bars can not be exchanged or returned.
    • Upon arrival, inspect your shipment carefully. If there is any loss or damage, please contact us immediately with a photograph included.
    • Once we receive the product(s) (usually 3-5 business days), we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to post to your account.
    • Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form and same account as tendered at the time of purchase.
    • In the case that the return of an item results in an order total dropping below a promotional discount threshold, we will reduce the refund amount by the amount of the original discount.
    • Mothership will refuse items returned in unsellable condition.
    • We understand that everyone makes mistakes and if we ship you the wrong item, we will pay for shipping the product back to Mothership and will ship the replacement item back to you for free.
    • Items returned as unwanted will be subject to a 20% restocking fee ("I bought this backpack and it didn't come with the scooter pictured in the backpack photo")

     PACKAGING

    • To qualify for a refund, all returned products must be returned in their original, unaltered packaging, including all labels and tags.

    CLOTHING

    • Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached – no pet hair, human hair, smoke odors, or makeup stains.

    ** PREORDERS

    • THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, YOU CANNOT CANCEL A PRE-ORDER ITEM.  Once you've committed to it, so have we.

    What Information We Collect and Why: 

    We may use our customers’ Internet Protocol (IP) addresses to help diagnose problems with our own technology and to administer the Mothership website. The IP addresses we collect do not link to or reveal any personally identifiable information of our customers. In addition, like virtually all e-commerce sites, we use cookies to keep track of any products in your shopping cart to ensure a successful online ordering process. 

    Mothership also uses aggregate demographic and site-traffic data internally, and we may provide this aggregate information about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to trusted third-parties, but this information does not disclose our users’ personally identifiable information. 

    Our online Checkout process asks you to give us certain contact information (like your name, address, and email address). We use this information to speed up the order process and to contact you when you request or when it’s absolutely necessary (for example, if there’s a problem fulfilling your order). When you choose to order from us, we must also collect billing and shipping information, including credit card numbers. This information is required to charge you for your purchases, to process and ship your order, and to contact you if there’s any problem with your order. In order to process payment information and fulfill our customers’ orders, some billing and shipping information is provided to trusted third-parties such as credit card processing institutions and carriers like USPS. They do not use this information for secondary purposes, however. 

    Mothership may occasionally use registration or order information to contact you about our promotions, special events, or company happenings. If you are not interested in receiving communications about Mothership you may opt-out of receiving such future communications by emailing info@shopmothership.com with the subject unsubscribe.
