    With the OG street company Addict Scootering making a comeback, they are adding new players to their team. One of the riders being super fast tech aficionado Andris Balto kvien.

    Andris is one of Addicts new recruits, and in 2018 he is coming in hot with a new video part making his mark on the scootering industry. With high speed ledge combos, and tricks out of manuals that some of us have never thought possible, Andris is changing the standard for riders on a global scale.

    Andris is a fresh look on the European Scootering scene, with no pegs and his Addict Alex Peasley deck, he is proving we no longer need an extra inch or two of metal to lock in to our tricks, but rather more control of the scooter, and control of the scooter is what this dude has.
